Jessica Velazquez is Principal & Cannabis Practice Leader at BeachFleishman, a full-service CPA firm that has been guiding cannabis businesses through intricate accounting, tax, and financial matters. Jessica’s approach to serving clients has been rooted in her commitment to supporting start-up & emerging businesses and underserved entrepreneurs to achieve their financial aspirations and build lasting wealth.

With over 2 decades of experience, Jessica's background includes tenures at prestigious Big 4 firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. She has also led corporate tax departments in the heavily regulated gaming industry, working with prominent companies such as SHFL Entertainment, Inc. and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Jessica earned a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. 

Precious Osagie-Erese is a trailblazing cannabis entrepreneur, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) advocate, and communications professional. She is the Founder of PRECIOUS Canna Co., New Jersey's first Black woman-owned cannabis pre-roll brand, and formerly co-founded Roll Up Life, Inc., a Black-owned tech, delivery, and logistics cannabis company. The PRECIOUS pre-roll brand is now in 60+ dispensaries throughout New Jersey and growing. The company debuted in 2024 with its 3 marquee SKUs – PEAK, PRIME and PLUTO.

In 2023, Precious joined the New Jersey Cannabis Training Academy as the Instructor Director to support the nation’s largest cannabis technical assistance program. She has also been an instructor and contributor to cannabis education programs across the country, including in Connecticut, Maryland, and California.
